Broadview Neighborhood
Broadview, in North Seattle, is named for its expansive west-facing views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. As you walk through the neighborhood, the water and mountains regularly come into view. The area is considered one of North Seattle’s more desirable residential neighborhoods, offering larger lots, established homes and convenient access to Carkeek Park and Greenwood.
Greenwood District
Bike, walk, or a 5 minute drive to Greenwood District’s lively commercial hub — packed with restaurants, cafés, breweries, Taproot Theatre, Trader Joe’s, and neighborhood shops.
Carkeek Park
A short walk to 200+ acres of wooded hikding trails, open meadows, Puget Sound beach access, and sweeping Olympic Mountain views. In fall, watch salmon return to Piper’s Creek.
